From Raw Metal to Finished Component
A structured fabrication process built around the way contractors and manufacturers work. No guesswork, no delays — just precision metal delivered on your schedule.
Engineered for Contractor & Industrial Workflows
Every step of our fabrication process is designed to keep your project moving. With 10+ years of production experience, we built our workflow around the realities of construction and manufacturing timelines — tight deadlines, phased deliveries, and zero tolerance for rework. From the moment you submit drawings to the day fabricated components arrive on site, you have full visibility into production status and a dedicated point of contact.
How It Works
Five steps. No surprises. Here is exactly what happens when you work with GVR Manufacturing.
Consultation & Requirements
Submit your engineering drawings, specs, and material requirements. Our production team reviews scope, tolerances, material specifications, and timeline — and delivers a detailed quote within 24 hours.
Design & Engineering Review
Our engineering team reviews your drawings for manufacturability, material optimization, and tolerance feasibility. We identify potential issues before production begins — saving time and preventing costly rework.
CNC Machining & Fabrication
Your order is CNC-programmed and enters our production line. Plasma cutters, laser systems, press brakes, and welding stations execute every operation to ±0.5mm tolerances — verified against your original specifications.
Assembly & Finishing
Components are assembled, welded, ground, and finished to your specifications. Surface treatments including powder coating, galvanizing, painting, and deburring are applied as required for your application.
Quality Inspection & Delivery
100% inspection rate on every fabricated component. Dimensional accuracy, weld quality, surface finish, and assembly tolerances are verified before packaging. Delivery is coordinated with your project schedule.
What Sets GVR Apart
Fabrication is only part of the equation. The difference between a smooth project and a costly delay comes down to the details between cuts.
Dimensional Precision
CNC plasma, laser, and waterjet systems hold tolerances to ±0.5mm across every component. Your crew spends time installing components, not reworking them on site.
Timeline Reliability
We quote realistic production windows and hit them. Dedicated scheduling for each project means your fabrication runs on your construction or production calendar, not ours.
Direct Communication
One point of contact from quote to delivery. No call centres, no transfers. When you need a production update or a change order processed, you reach the person running your job.
100% Inspection Rate
Every fabricated component is measured and inspected before packaging. Dimensional checks, weld quality, surface finish — nothing ships without sign-off from our QC team.
Production Consistency
CNC automation means component 1 and component 5,000 come off the line identical. Critical for construction projects, OEM manufacturing, and any application where uniformity matters.
Secure Packaging & Delivery
Proper crating and protection for every delivery. We coordinate drop-off timing with your site schedule so components arrive when your crew is ready to work with them.
